This issue seems to have happened a few times in the past:

It was working fine then it just stopped working.
I haven't changed my Start and Wait for Approval action and it was working fine.
If I go to my Flow app I can see the approvals there, but I'm not getting the notification emails.
They're not in my Clutter, Junk email, etc.
Again, it was working before and going straight to my inbox perfectly.
If I run a test from my Flow, when it gets to the Approval action, it takes some time to run then it displays the error:
Flow run timed out. Please try again.
As this issue has happened before, what is the root cause of the issue?
Can the root cause get fixed permanently to stop this issue from reoccurring at the Microsoft end?
