Hi,

The Powerapps studio was downloaded and installed without error. But when I tried to launch it, it came up the Purple flash screen and got disappear right away. I've done the research and found many similar cases reported but none included a working solution. Therefore, I open my case and hope the others also could find a confirmed fix for this common issue from

here.

My system is Windows 10, Version 1703 (OS Build 15063.413)

I've tried the sfc /scanno and it didn't work.

has no log file at all.

    Hi sbpowerapps,

Can you try using the web version of PowerApps, https://create.powerapps.com? Let me know if that works for you while we investigate the issue you are having with the Windows client.

    Thanks,

    Alex

My network is not blocking those services.

PowerAPP has to be used with the conjunction of Azure?

    Hi Alex,

I could access the web version. But I want to utilize the Windows client if possible.

    Thanks.

Anyone has further input for the possible solution?

Or anyone use the downloaded PowerApp studio without any issue?

  • sbpowerapps Profile Picture
    21 on at

Only the Windows PowerApp Studio provides the templates not the Web version.

No expert from Microsoft could answer my issue?

Getting the same errors.  Did you ever get this fixed?

Sort of: login under new local admin account and login microsoft portal with a new test account.

From there I would think the cause was from the microsoft account.
