I have a use case where the client would like the page editors to have to submit an edited page for approval before the page goes live in production. There is a built-in powerautomate flow connected to the site pages library for page approvals however this is turned off in the client's server for some reason. And no, it isn't possible to get it turned on and I'm not sure exactly why but it is a more restricted version of sharepoint. I'm looking for alternate ideas and suggestions on how to limit page publications or put some type of middle step in. There are editors on the site who manage different pages so they have edit permissions but shouldn't be able to publish without approval.
