Cannot find form components to select from

Hi

I'm new to Power Automate and am trying to automate a form fill to populate a new row in a spreadsheet.

I've done the following steps:

When a new response is submitted (connected the form OK)

Get response details Selected get response details.

Add a row to a table

However, when I'm trying to complete the field sections I cannot find the list from the form. I'm selecting dynamic content but just get the following options when I was expecting to be able to select form a list of questions asked on the form:

Any help appreciated!

    Forms details are not listed since its incorporated with the loop. You can directly get the form details by enter response id from the trigger and check the fields now.

    triggerOutputs()?['body/resourceData/responseId']

    Hi @GeoffL ,

    This is because "Add a row into table" is outside the "apply to each", please try to move "Add a row into a table" inside "apply to each" or move "get response details" outside "apply to each".

    Best regards,

    Rimmon
