How to start an "instant cloud flow" from Business Central (V14)(on-premises)

We need to extend the use of BC14 for a while and start a cloud flow from there. Is anybody informed, how to realize the goal ? This flow shall return a distinct value.
(This is not a question regarding BC22 or other cloud versions of BC where connectors to cloud flows are described elsewhere)
