Action 'Set_content_approval_status' failed

Hello Team,

I am new to flow and SharePoint, but with online resources i have completed one project with 90% success.

I get this error 'Set_content_approval_status' failed when i test my flow process. i receive my email that i set up for notification but my approving manager who does not receive any e-mail for his approval.

I have confirmed in Outlook and the approving manager is setup as my line Manager correctly.

i dont know if you understanding, but basically where my flow is failing is the step on "Set Content Approve Status"

grateful if help comes my way.

Please make sure that you allow content approval for the submitted items in the library:
