Service Desk template

Hi

I'm using the Service Desk Template in Power Apps - What I have found is when downloading the data sources 2 of them from the template are not showing in my Onedrive download of the data sources. These are PriorityDropdown and AccountName.

I can set these up manually but I want to be sure of the content in these tables. How do I get these to download or see what is held in them.

I am keeping them as excel for the time being - but will change to sharepoint eventually.

Many thanks

    Hi @russelln1 ,

When I installed this sample, it showed my 7 data sources:

This corresponds with the 7 tab(le)s in the Excel file:

What I did notice that in about 9 places in the apps there were "ThisItem." references missing. For example the Text property of Textbox8_3 on the priorityPage screen said "PriorityTypes" where is should be "ThisItem.PriorityTypes":

Yes that shows 7 , I did View  and then Data sources in the breadcrumb underneath and it shows 9 data sources tables- I want those two to either download or be able to look at to see what content they have in them for sure.

    Hi @russelln1 ,

As far as I can see these tables are not used in the app itself and looking at the names, these seem duplicates of the AccountNameTypes and PriorityTypes tables.

I'd say this is something that was forgotten to tidy up when the template was packaged.
