I have a workflow that should send an email notification, but if the person that created the list item and the assigned to person is the same I don't want it to send the email. It isn't working right with my condition below and sends an email anyway.

Have you verified what those values are, in a run so you can see why they dont match?

To make life easy

put 2 compose above this condition

Put the left side in one

Put the right side in the other

I also dont know if one is a Multi-select person or not, but my guess is its not comparing the Value, its comparing the Object and they wont match. You probably have to dig into the json/path to get the right property (like email or display name)

But if you do what I asked you will see what you are really getting, and then hopefully that output will show you how to get to the right property.
