It would be a good onboarding experience for Support teams managing Power Automate flows in Production, to understand the most common errors and how they are troubleshooted.

But when it comes to runtime errors, those are usually more or less straightforward and relate to the specific actions and values you use in your flow. There's too many of them to document it properly, in my opinion, and they vary greatly.

The thing that you need to make sure to have is proper exception handling by using error blocks and some form of logging after catching the error (using Get last error to get the error details). When you get that, troubleshooting and debugging is pretty much straightforward.

Thank you for the response. While I was browsing through learn.microsoft.com with the link provided, I came across these - Common errors creating and assigning flow approvals - Power Automate | Microsoft Learn and Agent-related error codes when running an attended or unattended desktop flow - Power Automate | Microsoft Learn

I find above 2 links useful as they give a list of errors that are common and the actions to be taken in such cases.

The first one is related to Approvals, which is a feature in Power Automate cloud flows, and not in Desktop flows.

The second one is in fact related to Desktop flows, so it is a valid reference, even though a very limited one. And then it has some sibling pages that cover different types of errors:

So, it might be a good idea to review what's covered in those. But I wouldn't expect it to possibly cover all possible runtime errors, as there's really much more of them than what seems to be documented here.
