    Hi @JaslinSandhu

To better understand your requirement, what is your on demand workflow currently doing within Dynamics 365? Is it possible to move this process completely into Flow? It will then be a lot simpler to trigger this via a schedule. It will also still be visible as an on demand workflow within the D365 interface (if you enable Flow execution within Dynamics).

    Hi @JaslinSandhu,

Could you describe your requirements in more detail?

    • What is the condition of Flow triggering?
    • Which Dynamic part does Customer Service Module refer to?
