Looking for a flow to ask recipient to reply back with a numeric value in response to a question asked( customer rating feed back )
Is there any example done on this ? Thank
There are quite a few examples of flows in the Templates section for sending an SMS message from a flow based on various criteria. Just go to the templates page and type SMS and you'll see a long list of examples that might fit.
But are you expecting the flow to process a response to the SMS? If so, then I'm not aware of anything in place that will do that. Every example I can think of is just for sending.
Thanks for your feedback however i need to process the response as well . I m thinking maybe provide a url that would take the user to a page to provide a value and then submit. However not sure how thats going to be done as i have done not much web dev .
