Tag users if they have not posted a message in a channel today

Hello,

Previously I had set up a flow to post a message to a channel every day at the same time as a reminder to everyone to post their updates in a channel set aside for updates. The problem with this is that the flow will always post even if everyone had already done their job, so I'd like to improve on this.

My goal is one of two things, either one would work:

1. To post a message every day at the same time tagging each person who has posted 0 messages to the channel in the current calendar day

2. To DM each team member at the same time every day if they have posted 0 messages to the channel in the current calendar day

My problem that I'm running into is that I don't know how to go through the list of team members (small fixed team, not a dynamic list) and check if each has posted since midnight. Can anyone help out with this?
