I am currently building an approvals flow and I would like to add the company branding as a banner across the top of the Approval Task Emails that are sent out. I understand that you are unable to change the adaptive cards that are sent through Teams. Or it is a case that you need use Send email actions to be able customise approval emails ? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
