Hi,

I got the error message of Button-press failed, when try to press button on web page. I am not sure if it is because I could not add the UI element for the whole button. Please advise.

Hi concjames,

you might have got the control but your ui element might be pointing to wrong window. Please check the parent window in the ui element and correct it. The easisest way is to do it by drag and drop under correct window. Below is the example of ui element with its windowes. I have tried to close all browsers and re-do the drag and drop only from one browser. However, it seems I still got the same issue. I do not know if it is because of the website that I am trying to work for. Or other causes?

Please check if the extension of browser is installed or not. Else lets connect on and i can try fixing the issue.

Try using 'Press button in window' action instead of 'Press button on web page'
