No longer able to connect to local SQL Server. Gateway does not exist

HI:

Last 2 days my PowerApp loss connection to local SQL Server via gateway. Error is 404 -Gateway does not exist.

I went to check SQL data source, PowerApp menu jsut hang. SO it seem like a microsoft problem?

The On-Premises Gateway is software that runs on a local computer in your network. Given the error I suspect your gateway is down or the PC/server its installed on has been shutdown. Do you know where the gateway software is installed? If you don't know where it is you can use the Power Platform admin center to try to find it. This article explains how.

Hi:

If gateway is gone, then PowerApp should allow user to choose another datasource. In this case Powerapp import SQL from external source just freezes.

If the gateway is just gone and not replaced then you would need to create a new connection that would got to Azure SQL to get a SQL connection. If you create a new gateway you should be able to fix the connection.
