Hello all, working on my first flow and i'm having a problem with authorization. I'm having a problem with retrieving all the registered application in my Azure AD directory, i get "Insufficient privileges to complete the operation."  i have "Application.Read.All" assigned but this needs admin consent.  How do i do this?

If you have access try going to:  Azure Active Directory,  App Registrations

    If you click Enterprise Applications:

In app registration, this is greyed out. In enterprise applications the permissions do not show up and if i hit the grant button i get an error saying an admin must do that:

    Need admin approval
    Application Monitor

Application Monitor needs permission to access resources in your organization that only an admin can grant. Please ask an admin to grant permission to this app before you can use it.

    My PIM permissions are:

    What else do i need?

It looks like you will need to ask your Azure Admin to grant these privileges.

    See Admin consent:

Even though the administrator has given tenant wide consent the connection still has the same error in the response.

@ekarim2020 Your Application's name defers from what it is currently installed in our tenant. I am guessing this Application is not working as expected.
