Scheduled Flow shouldn't run when there aren't records to process

I have a scheduled flow that checks a column for a certain value.  When it finds that value, it sends the email and updates the column as expected.

When the scheduled job runs and there is nothing to process, it gives me a "Failed" status.  I need it to not do anything if it doesn't find a record to process.  I am very new to Power Automate and am having trouble finding how to handle this.  Thanks in advance for any additional information that may help me resolve this one.

    A screenshot would be helpful!

    Which action errors out?

In a nutshell, I need to be able to look at that spreadsheet and if there isn't anything to process, it needs to end cleanly.  If there is a way to set it up automated, that would be better than scheduled in this case but I haven't found a way to trigger it if the field changes to Pending notification.

Add a scope control after Get a row.

    Click on Configure Run after

Move your actions inside the scope.

Add a parallel scope to manage the exception. Set the condition to "Failure" for that one

It appears to be following the correct path.  When I look at the history of the runs, I guess it will always show the Failed runs where it didn't find data.  Thanks so much for your guidance on this one!  Much appreciated!

    One last question...

Is there a way to build one that is automated, the trigger being when the field gets set to 'Pending notification'?

If you used SharePoint, you could add triggers on Item changed.

For excel I am not sure if one exists. You could just run a Recurrence trigger and check for the field value in a condition once a day maybe.
