Sharing with colleages don't work with Powerapps for teams

Hello

I'm trying to share an app created in powerapps for teams using "Share with colleagues". It worked once with an AD security group, but id doesn't work anymore. Each time i try to asign a new one i got an error reading "an error occured during saving : We are currently doing another task on this team. Reload this window and try again".

The problem doesn't come from the security group as i was able to asign another app in another environment to it.

Has anyone else ran into this problem?

Thanks in advance.

    Hello @Anonymous,

Is the app you are talking about already shared with a Security Group? My understanding is that the app can only be shared with a single security group: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/teams/set-perms-and-share#assign-the-colleagues-with-access-role-to-a-security-group-and-share-the-app

I am having the same problem.

Cannot change the group the app is shared with.

Now it is not shared with anyone apart from the team!

    Heya,

I had the same issue on Friday and even left a comment about it in this thread. There seems to be a bug in the OOTB functionality when you try to change what group you want to share with. It's like it's cached in dynamics...

However today I found a work around.

    1. If you have the admin permissions, go into the Power Platform Admin Centre (Dynamics 365 Apps)

    2. Find the Teams environment of the power app you are trying to update.

    3. In the "Resources" area click on the Power Apps link

    4. Here you'll find your Power App. Click on the "..." and select Share

    5. Remove the irrelevant group, if it's still displaying.

    6. Add the new group and you're good to go.

    Hope that helps!
