How do I get back the default Escalate system topic?

Hello Everyone.
 
MS says that the default topics, such as Escalate, cannot be deleted.
 
But mine has gone.
 
 
Is there any way to get it back or recreate it exactly as it is meant to be?

    You can create an Escalate topic using the new Topic. Take the reference from another custom copilot or use the YAML copy and create the new topic. It should work same as the OOB Escalate topoc
