I have a table I want to import from Excel to an Azure SQL table. I have a field for which I need to replace  a substring in it. I used the dynamic content but still it's not working. does anyone know the proper syntax?

    Hi @atqt

Could you add a compose action step above the execute a sql query step. Use the expression replace() under the compose then map the output in next step.

    Thanks

    Hi @atqt

You added that as a plane text. What you need to do is  place the cursor inside the compose then right hand side you can see Dynamic Content and Expressions. Click the expression tab and start typing replace(), then select the dynamic content to map the excel variable then type your replace text etc.

@abm I tried it but the dynamic content suggested is either body or value, but not the the column GEO. How do i proceed from there?

    Hi @atqt

If you look carefully in my earlier threads I mentioned that you need to click expression tab not the dynamic content. See my earlier post.

    Thanks
