Hello, i need help with this, i have a list with the following columns:

Requirement Assigned Status Due-Date Comments

Example:

Buy a Laptop - Josh - In Process - 12/05/2019 - go to ...... and ....

In the column Status i have the following options: Not taken, In progress, derived, completed

I need that monthly the flow sends a reminder to the assigned person of all his requirements in progress or derived that exceed the due date.

Could be this possible?

I will appreciate it.

I have made a flow for your scenario, please check it for a reference.

Full screenshot of the flow:

Expression reference in 'Apply to each 2':

union(variables('Assigned'),variables('Assigned'))

Use union() function to remove duplicate emails from the array and traverse the collated array.

The details of 'Apply to each': filter the items whose status value is equal to in progress or derived, and append the email of the Assigned contained in it to the array variable.

The details of 'Apply to each 3':

The current traversal to the email is equal to the email of the Assigned contained in the item.

Status value needs to be in progress or derived

Flow Approval reminders :
I have noticed one flow in template library which loops thourgh all open approval tasks and sends email but it uses Common data services in some actions and sends me list of approvals also actioned. Now my questions is if there is any way we can filter only open approvals for a specific user? Is there a way to achive this without Common data services subscriptions?
