Teams Approval Error - Something went wrong. Wait a bit, then try again.

I'm doing Teams Approval in Power Automate and I'm encountering an error "Something went wrong. Wait a bit, then try again. CorrelationId - bd439610-d199-11f0-9e79-975f696fe5be". I made an approval directly on Teams just to test and it's working only the approval that's created/run in my Power Automate that doesn't work. I already added a new connection reference just to refresh and still doesn't work.

One of my mentee's had this exact issue, I had her validate 2 things

    1. Her license
    2. What policies were in effect (DLP)

And for her it didn't work in the Default Environment due to Policies, it worked fine in others (via Power Automate Approvals), so I would validate what license you have and make sure 100% that what environment you are building in and what policies if any are setup to block this action. It can seem to be fine, meaning you can add it to the Flow (which honestly, I believe is silly if you are blocked from using it, but MS doesn't work that way), it only fails at run time.

If these suggestions help resolve your issue, Please consider Marking the answer as such and also maybe a like.

    Thank you!

I understand that you created the approval request using Power Automate.
Power Automate successfully posted the approval request, but when you opened the request to act, it did not work.

Could you please share more details about the parameters used in the action, along with a screenshot? This will help to understand the issue better. I ran a small test using the "Create an approval" action as shown below, and it worked as expected.

    Troubleshooting:
    - First, keep only the mandatory parameters and run a quick test using your own email address, then verify the result.
    - If it works, gradually add the remaining parameters and test again.
    - Also test the approval in both the Teams desktop app and Teams on the web

I hope this information helps! If it does, please consider giving a 👍.
    Best regards,
    S-Venkadesh
