Can you try this below methods
    1. Check Permissions:
      • For each dependent flow, ensure your user account has at least 'User' role.
      • You can do this in the Power Automate portal:
        • Go to My Flows or Solutions.
        • Locate the dependent flow.
        • Click Share and verify your access level.

    Hi,

    Identify Dependent Flows:
Open the flow in Power Automate Desktop.
Look for any “Run a Child Flow” or similar actions that reference other flows.
Check Permissions on Each Dependent Flow:
Go to the Power Automate web portal.
Navigate to My Flows or Solutions (depending on where the flow is stored).
Locate each dependent flow and check the Shared With section.
    Request Access:
You need at least 'User' permission on each dependent flow.
Contact the owner(s) of those flows and ask them to share the flow with you, granting User or higher permissions.
    Alternative Workaround:
If you can't get access, consider removing or disabling the dependent flow references temporarily to allow saving.
    Verify Environment Role:
While assigning the Environment Maker role is helpful, it does not automatically grant access to all flows. Permissions must be explicitly granted on each flow.

If I have answered your question, please mark it as the preferred solution. If you like my response, please give it a Thumbs Up.
