Get Sharepoint Items from Previous year

Hi Community,

 

i want get only the items from my Sharepoint List that created in Previous year for deleting this.

Can anyone help me how can i filter with Power Automate my Sharepoint list to get all Items from Previous year or

all items that is older than this year?

    Hi @Tamer66,

     

    You could combine the utcNow and adddays functions to calculate a year ago and compare that to the Created field value in a Filter query field of the Get Items action. You can check if it is less than (lt) that datetime value.

     

    Below is an example

     

    Created lt '@{addDays(utcNow(), -365)}'

    thank you it works but it must be possible to delete all items before 2023 in a easy way.

    I think this way too complicated.

    Thanks for the clarification. So, you want everything before the start of this calendar year?

     

    In that case try this filter instead:

     

    Created lt '@{concat(utcNow('yyyy'),'-01-01')}'

     

     

    Btw, I do get that the syntax of the filter query value itself is something to get used to.

     

    Microsoft does have some documents about it. Hopefully that helps with making it less complicated?
