I'm wondering if there is a way of scoping or tagging documents for the purpose of using specific documents for a conversation turn?

Example: I have a virtual assistant for all employees. The documents in the knowledge base covers different departments. When a user choose for example IT i want the copilot to only generate answers from specific documents relevant for that department. Any suggestions here?

You can create Folders for each department and upload documents in a SharePoint document library and point to the folder URL dynamically using the classic data sources in the Generative Answers node.

Create a Global Variable and assign the department specific folder URL based on the Department selection: e.g for IT: https://mytenant.sharepoint.com/sites/kb/shareddocuments/IT

Select the Formula and Set the variable pointing to a dynamic folder URL based on the department selection.

This seems to not be working due to the link to the folder being more than two levels deep so this didn't really work. Other suggestions?
