We have a Form project managers use to propose new projects. It's a pretty extensive form with branches and attachment uploads. I'm trying to automate the process through Approvals in Microsoft Teams, but I'm running into issues translating the information from the forms into something the approver can review. I've tried converting the answers to a PDF from the form, translating the answers to a Sharepoint list and then converting that to a PDF, and also just making a really long list in the Description box of the Approve section (but then it's really hard to read from there). At this point I'm just looking for what anyone's opinion on the best way to accomplish the original goal of a comprehensible way for managers to review the Form results.
