Hi

My requirement is : i have a sharepoint list contaning multiple people and group type column say owner1,owner2,owner 3.There are many sharepoint group in the site say 12,34,56,78 . the item added in the list has value 12 in owner 1,34 in owner 2 and so on.

all sharegroup has people in it.

Using flow when an item is created a email should send to all users present in the column value which is  a sharepoint group.

Please help me to build the logic behind it .As it is acceptable to do it by keeping in sharepoint list.

and also the mail to sharepoint group is not supported in flow now.

Please try to provide some solution.

    Hi @shaliniverma,

Could you provide more details about the SharePoint list? For example, column, the relationship between its column and sharepoint groups.

I am afraid I have not fully understood the relationship between them.

Could you provide more explanations about your requirement?

It would be helpful if you could post more details and screenshot, so we would provide a proper workaround for you.

    Best Regards,

    Barry

Unfortunately you cannot email to a ShrePoint group via Flow using "out of the box" features. I believe that you would need to call a SharePoint API to enumerate group members and add them to a variable of some type. Then you could use the variable in the email address assuming that it is properly formatted.
