Book a room / bookings limiter

Book a room /
Is there any way to limit the number of bookings per day or any period by user?
It could be a time limit such as 2 hours per day or several active bookings in any period.
Once the limit is reached, booking would be impossible.

What options do we have in powerapps to do this?
