Question on M365 plans and Power Automate for Office 365 - Premium Actions costs?

Hi all.

I know that Premium and Custom Connectors are not allowed with the Power Automate for Office 365, but what about Premium Actions?

 

Specifically, the HTTP action? I'm wanting to create workflows for WVDs in my organization, which uses exclusively E5 licensing. This includes Power Automate for O365, but the licensing isn't 100% clear on whether or not actions are the same as connectors. Thanks!

    Any premium actions/connectors/triggers are not available under Power Automate for Office 365. 

     

    since HTTP is a premium action its not allowed either.
