Hi there,
Yesterday, 12/05/2022 we implement the chat widget from Dynamics 365 Customer Service which is connected with PVA through Omnichannel.
It w working fine, but today 13/05/2022, everything is off and even Teams are not working properly.
I just would like to know if that is an UK issue or global.

Nothing wrong with servers.
There is a flaw on the Power Platform Admin Center where you can edit the details and change the Environment URL.
The issue is that the changing doesn't reflect on the whole platform causing the 500 Internal Server Error.
After changing the Environment URL back to what was before, the platform and chat widgets started to work again.
My suggestion to the developers is to disable the edition of the Environment URL or make it to change globally in the whole platform.
