getting user not found in COE flows

Hi,

i am facing an issue in COE flows the issue is user left the organisation and the COE flows are failing with error user not found.what should be my approach to this issue?.Its a managed solution so i dont want to edit it. Can u please suggest here.

Hi

Are the connections in the failing flows owned by that user that left the company or by a service account?

Which specific flows are failing?

Can you provide more details and error messages?

Hi,

In case the user who left the company was the owner, you need to move the ownership. Also check the connections used if they need to be re-authenticated with another user or service account.

Error

Action 'Get_manager_info_for_mail' failed(user left org and user not found)
