Hi there,

I wondered if someone could help me build this flow and help me ensure it works.

I work with a membership organisation who would take applications via a PDF form, we would like people who are interested in membership to fill out a Microsoft form giving us their email, after which an email is sent to them thanking them for their interest and attaching a PDF with the membership form for them to fill out and send back to us so we can process it.

The ideal outcome therefore is is: When someone submits a response to a Microsoft form > I would like to send them an email. The email would include a PDF which is stored in our team SharePoint.

This is the first time I have tried to make a flow, with copilots help. Can anyone advise on whether this is correct? And how do I fix the connection issues?
