Flows do not trigger as expected

Hello Flow Community,

I have created flows with different triggers like "when an item is created", "when an item is created or modified" and recurrence . Flows are created using different accounts having different licenses (Flow for PowerApps, Per user license). However the flows do not trigger at all or trigger after a long wait. Could someone advise of the troubleshooting steps that I can perform before I reach out to MS for further assistance?

Thanks,

SV

    Hi @sunithav ,

Is this a recent issue or has it been bothering you?

Sometimes because of a problem with the SharePoint service, Flow may not be triggered in time.

For reference, my license is a per-user plan, but after my tests, the results on my side are in line with expectations.

Please try to use another list, other Flow environment and update the connection for more tests to see if the results are the same.

    Best Regards,

    Hi Barry,

Thanks for your response. I'm experiencing this issue from past three weeks. I have created a similar flow in different flow and the issue still persists in both the tenants. I created another flow with "When a new email arrives (V2)" and flow triggers as expected in both the tenants. Could this be a problem with the trigger?

    Thanks,

    Sunitha Varadaraju

    Hi @sunithav ,

What is your current situation, and is the triggering of Flow in line with expectations?

I continue to do some tests on my side, but Flow works normally. For reference, the subscription of the account I used when testing was per user plan.

I see an improvement. However it is inconsistent.

    Thanks,

    SV

    @v-bacao-msft

You mentioned that "Sometimes because of a problem with the SharePoint service, Flow may not be triggered in time.".  Can you provide some additional detail?  Is this a bug that is being worked?  Has it been resolved?  Can you point me to where this is documented?

    Thanks

    Hi @ScottShearer ,

Could you reproduce such an issue? There is no way for me to reproduce similar issues, and there is no error message to troubleshooting. So we cannot confirm whether this is a bug for the time being.

    Best Regards,
