r/MicrosoftFlow - How to change [EXTERNAL] and Microsoft Power Automate title when an email is automated to be sent through a flow.

I have a flow with 'Approvals'. Based on the conditions - it sending a mail to the specific person. But I want to remove EXTERNAL and the Microsoft Power Automate.

I want it to be Approvals instead of Microsoft Power Automate.

    Hi,

Off the top of my head I don't think that is possible.  [EXTERNAL] is organization specific so when an email comes in, if it is not from your org (the email domain), it's an EXTERAL email.  As you know that's the safe guard to let end-users know this email is not from your email domain, be careful.

These approvals are sent from a service - so I have never seen that editable or edited.

    Here's a work around:

You can use send email with options.  Those emails come from your account or a service account. Since the email is inside the domain, [EXTERNAL] does not appear.  They also do not have the send as Microsoft Power Automate, again it will come from you or the account that is associated with the Send Email with Options.  Then just configure your buttons as Approve and Reject.

I use both.  Give Send Email with Options a try.  You may find that it is suitable for your solution.
