Hi Guys
I'm trying to create a flow that is manually triggered by the mobile button.
The initial screen asks me for some information that I can capture.
Based on that information I would like to make a descision and then add an aditional form to capture information.
How do I add an aditional form? I've looked at all the actions and cannot find it.

Additional form is not one of the available connectors in Flow. This couldn't achieve so far.
You could post this idea in the Flow Ideas forum, so it might be considered for future releases.
