FormatDateTime Error - The datetime string must match ISO 8601 format.'.

My Power Automate flow is showing the following error below in the date field. I am extracting data from an Excel spreadsheet:

 

The execution of template action 'Criar_Tabela_HTML' failed. The column values could not be evaluated: 'In function 'formatDateTime', the value provided for date time string '45253.4734490741' was not valid. The datetime string must match ISO 8601 format.'.

 

For code:

 

formatDateTime(item()?['Actual start date'],'dd/MM/yyyy')
