File Content not showing the photo in SharePoint

Hello everyone !

I created a flow to use it on mobile which contain different types of inputs and File content.

For the File Content i created a column in SharePoint list of type Single Line of text.

While testing i input my values, uploaded an image, and i submit the flow.

When i get back to my list to check the File Content column it shows this expressions instead of the image:

Image.PNG

I have also tried to change the column type to Picture/Hyperlink but the flow fails.

Here is my flow:

Capture1.PNG

What i am doing wrong ?

Thank you!

your not going to be able to store a file in a single line of text field. Picture/Hyperlink field is a link to content, so you either need to upload to a library and then pass the URL of the uploaded flie to that column, or maybe just add the image as an attachment to the list item.

    Hi @Gristy ,

Okay,so i have added an action to create file in the library to upload the photos on both action takens CheckIn & CheckOut.

But what is the action i should use to pass the URL of the photos based on the id of the user in the list and update the File content column to the Image URL.

The users will not be able to use this list, only managers so they can't add the images as an attachment to the list.

    Thank you!
