Get data from SQL and Send the content via Email

Hi All,

This is driving me crazy. I have set up a Get Rows action from SQL Azure. And The action returns 100 about 200 rows, and I added another action to send the this content via email. And there is no way for me to find out the add all the rows on one email and send out once.

Has anyone faced this same issue before?

Thanks,

Shandan

Just want to add a little more context, once I got the data from SQL and setup the email, it will send out the numer of rows I got from SQL and send the corresponding number of emails to me!!!

    Hi @Shandan,

Take a try to add a Create HTML table Action between SQL get rows and the Send Email Action:

    Some notes here:

    1. Choose the Value from Get Rows Action for the From parameter of the Create HTML table, then click Advanced option, set the Include headers to Yes,

For the Send an Email Action, after specify the corresponding From and the Subject, choose the Output of Create HTML table as the Body, then click Advanced options, change the Is HTML as Yes.

Please take a try with the configuration above, and if you need any further assistance on this, please post back.

    Regards,

    Michael
