I am facing this issue because the ID coming from Power Apps for the last submitted item is "1" instead of picking from SharePoint list last ID. Flow runs when I manually enter SharePoint list last ID. I need assistance please. Inspired by @Reza

The issue has been fixed by removing the ResetForm function from the form submit button to the home button. This kept resetting the ID for the flow to use.

Hi @KojoShaddy ,

You can save the ID when you submit the item in canvas app.

Sample:

1\ Submit using form

2\ Submit using patch

@RezaDorrani inspired me build this flow but I am facing some challenges here.
