Flow that copies data from one list to another list

Hi, I have 2 lists, 1 that is for 'Works Received' and another 'Invoices Received', there is a common field between the 2 'Works Reference'.  I need to create a flow that will update fields in the 'Invoices Received' list from data in the 'Works Received' list when the 'Works Reference' is entered.  Can anyone help?

    When is the works reference entered? Is that part of create or modify of the record?
