Error message and optimization of my Outlook to Planner Flow

Dear forum user,

i have a small problem with my created flow and it would be nice if one of you could help me. Thank you in advance!

The flow should automatically create tasks in my Planner for marked emails in my inbox, and the email should be attached to the task. The intermediate storage is done via Sharepoint.

Problem No. 1: Although the flow works, I receive an error message in MS Power Automate with each run.

Problem No. 2/Optimization: If a file with the same name is already stored in Sharepoint, the email is not attached as an attachment to the newly created task.

    Hey @FMPIT

Can you please share the Error message that you are getting that you have mentioned in Problem 1?

To handle the issue of duplicate file names in SharePoint, you can add a step in your flow to check if a file with the same name already exists and rename the file if necessary.

If my suggestion helped you, please give it a Thumbs up and Mark it as a Solution. Which motivates to solve more problems.
