Need to pull variables from latest CSV in sharepoint folder

Hello all!

I'm currently trying to set up a semi-automated post-program email survey. I've created a scheduled flow that will extract information from a report that includes the email addresses of folks who just completed a program and save those data points as a csv saved to a SharePoint folder, on a monthly basis.

From there, I've been basically doing a mail merge in word, connecting to the most recent file to get the variables and send each individual an email with a link to a survey. A major problem with this is that i'd prefer the email to send from a shared email address/outbox but instead it's sending through my individual email address. Is there a way that I can create a flow that would connect to the most recently generated file and send the email from a specified address?

I think you as the user need to have access to the shared account to use the above.  I assume this is all you needed.

Let me know how you get on.

    Regards,
