Migration - Sharepoint Customized PowerApps Form

Hello,

I have a requirement where I would need to migrate my SharePoint online site on the same tenant with a new SharePoint online site.

I have customized PowerApps forms built for SharePoint list with Power Automate workflows intact.

I need to know is there any possibility -

  1. Migrate SharePoint Online site in SharePoint Online to a different location.
  2. Migrate Customized PowerApps form in SharePoint Online with the site itself.

Please help me understand if this is possible at all, or do I need to create everything from scratch.

    Hi @aakif_aslam ,

If you can manage to have both forms open on the one PC, you can copy and paste (Ctrl-C / Ctrl-V) the Form. You may have to alter a few things - I have a short blog article on the process.

    Hi @WarrenBelz ,

Thank you for your response. But I don't have a PowerApps stand-alone app.

It is a SharePoint Online form customized with PowerApps.

Now, I have to migrate the SharePoint Online sub-site to a new site in the same tenant how do I use the same PowerApps customization in another SharePoint Online list form.

    Hi @aakif_aslam ,

You could actually (although I have never done it) create a blank Canvas App, paste the form on there, save it as an MSApp file (just ignore the errors) and then open it in the new tenant along with the new created form, then follow the process in my blog. It is the best I can suggest, but should work.

Thank you @WarrenBelz  for the response, I didn't find any workaround for this instead created a new Powerapps application on a different site.
