SharePoint use Limit Columns by View to monitor change but then use Dynamic Content from All Columns in Send Email

I want to monitor for a change in a column called "Assigned" for step in a workflow of sorts. I have a view in list AssignedTo which only shows this, "ID" and "Step". I want to then send an email template using many fields that are not in this view. I cannot work how to achieve this.

1. If the base step of monitoring for a change has the AssignedTo View selected in Limit Columns by View then I cannot use Dynamic Content fields in later steps that are not in this view.

2. If I try to be tricky and don't enter AssignedTo in Limit Columns by View but setup the email template first then enter on saving it seems to break the fields or not work properly.

3. If I try add a step before the email to "Get Items" or such to hopefully change the source data it instead adds in a "for each" to the Send Email step below.

If this sounds convoluted and some better way could achieve this I am all ears as well. I just want to send an email to the person a feedback item has been entered then has been assigned to at a later stage.

    @AllisterW

    The limit columns by View does exactly that.  You'll either need to include the columns that you want to use in the view or do a Get Item before you send the email to retrieve the item data not included in your view.  You don't need a Get Itembecause you have the ID.
