Populate a Microsoft Word template with sensitivity label

Hi!

I am currently having problem with substituting a placeholder’s values for MS word template with real values by making use of Populate a Microsoft Word template action.

It looks like everything is working fine when no sensitivity label is set for the document but when it is applied to the document it returns error:

“The dynamic operation request to API 'wordonlinebusiness' operation 'GetFileSchema' failed with status code 'BadRequest'. This may indicate invalid input parameters. Error response: { "status": 400, "message": "There was an error opening the selected file. Please check the file and try again. clientRequestId: …", "error": { "message": "There was an error opening the selected file. Please check the file and try again." }, "source": "wordonlinebusiness-ne.azconn-ne-003.p.azurewebsites.net" }

Do you know any workarounds for that?

Thank you,

Jan

    You could look into sensitivity labels and Purview.

    I think you will have no luck setting the label before filling in the word document. The Word connector is quite limited.
    So, your best chance will be to do it afterwards, maybe by introducing a policy that will handle it.
