GatewayTimeout 504 SFTP - SSH Copy File

I have a Power Automate flow setup since March 2023 which has been working flawlessly up until 10 days ago. I previously had a similar issue to this, created a whole new flow and that seemed to work but now I get nothing.

This particular flow triggers when a Blob storage has been added or modified then gets the content using path (V2) and onto Create a file using SFTP - SSH, screen shot below.

This is where I am getting strange behaviour and hoping to get some opinions:

  1. Connection worked perfectly up until 10 or so days ago
  2. Flow will work successfully until SFTP - SSH Create file and then give me a 'GatewayTimeout'

  1. I deleted the flow completely and the SFTP connection, created a new one in the event there was an issue, still no luck.
  2. I can connect into the SFTP - SSH fine and select the folder within Power Automate as seen below. But when the flow triggers it just gives me a gateway timeout. - Why would this be the case?

Here is the outputs of the failed tries.

To recap and things tested to date:

  • No issues connecting via FileZila and or any other SFTP client.
  • I can see the SFTP folders when creating the action within Power Automate (photo above) - this is particularly strange
  • Microsoft IP Address have been whitelisted.
  • I added delays of 10, 30 and 40 seconds (this did not work).
  • Asynchronous Pattern enabled and tested disabled - no luck
  • Timeout tested - No luck.

Has anyone in the Australia East region experienced this?

For anyone with a similar issue.... no explanation.. It magically started working again after 6-8 weeks. I assume this is an issue on Microsoft side as every other solution I used worked flawlessly.
