How to actually "upload" assets into the Web Files location within the Portal Management system?

I have read through the entire official document on creating web files. But no where in that article does it actually guide us on "uploading" a file from our desktop into the project environment." Or maybe its said in a way I am not understanding.

Within my Portal Management area, I clicked on Web Files. I then clicked on New. And it brings me to a page that looks like this...

There is no input field on that page that says "upload".

I would like to upload a .css file, a .png file, a .js file and some other assets, so that I can reference them in my content snippets.

Whats the process?

There can be different places depending on if you are using Standard or Enhanced model (Your screen shot is of Standard)

For standard you will add the file to a note on the Notes tab, in this case fill in details on the main form and then Save and then go to Notes and add a New note, and attach your file to the Note. (Timeline on the Notes tab will not be active until after you do the initial save)

For enhanced you should have a File Content field on the General Tab (again you have to save before you can upload to it)
