Trigger flow when form is submitted without using Microsoft forms

I need to have a flow that sends a form received email to the user who submitted the form when the user hits the submit button. I can't use the Microsoft forms connector and the emails are sent using an API, can anyone tell me how I can do this? Thanks (I'm using power pages)
