I have a single line of text column "Assignees" in my SharePoint list "Planner Tasks" which contains semi-colon separated email addresses. My gallery "galPlannerTasks"  is connected to this SharePoint list and for the current logged in user I would like to show only those items which has his email address in Assignees column.

I dont want to go with 'in' operator here due to delegation issues with it. Can any delegable formula/function solve this problem? or do we have any workaround?

Thanks,

Ramesh

    @RameshMukka

    Are you avoiding the delegation warning because you don't want a warning or because you have over 2000 records?  If less then 2000 records, I would use the IN operator and not worry about it.

    Beyond that, there will be no immediate way around using it (or similar).

    Your options are:

    - List is less than max records - ignore. Or,

    - Employ PowerAutomate to augment your list records with a many to one list of names. Or,

    - Pre-filter your datasource with a delegable criteria that will return less than 2000 records and then apply the IN operator to the prefiltered results.

    I hope this is helpful for you.
