Hi everyone,

We currently have a bot deployed through MS teams that works relatively well. However there are specific questions that trigger an error, some of the times. If I ask that same question through the copilot studio web app, it never triggers the error. If I ask the same question repeatedly over the teams channel sometimes it will provide an answer but most of the times it will trigger the error.

Does anyone know why this happens? How to troubleshoot why those questions seem to trigger the error sometimes only over the teams channels
